About Personalized Photo Blankets
Photo Blankets are designed to be used and washed, your photo is woven into the blanket using different colored heavyweight Amilux yarn - this is not a transfer process. They are machine-washable and dryable on a cool setting, and soft to sleep with as well as making a great wall hanging. These blankets are guaranteed not to run, bleed or fade under normal conditions and are hypoallergenic. These heirloom portrait knits are entirely custom made, this is not screen printing of any sort, rather a true knitted item with over half a million stitches in each blanket!

What Photos Work Best?
Photos with high contrast work great for photo blankets. For example if the person has blonde hair, a dark background works best; if the person has dark hair, a lighter background works best. Photos can be color or black and white. Photos will be enlarged to create the most beautiful rendition possible.

Your photo can be horizontal or vertical for all of the blankets.

Please attach photo to email as an uncompressed jpg file with at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) and at least 300 pixels by 400 pixels for the 30" by 40" blankets and at least 400 pixels by 600 pixels for the 40" by 60" blankets. If you mail us your photo, please use a photo mailer, or put cardboard or something stiff around the photo to protect it in the mail. Please include a printed copy of your order invoice that was automatically emailed to you. Please and let us know to expect your photo in the mail instead of by email.

Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping cart and enter your payment information on the secure PayPal servers. This is more secure for you since Ann's Personalized Blankets never has access to your credit card or bank account information.

If you have questions regarding any of our products, you can 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we will answer all your questions in a timely manner.

You will receive Order Confirmation emails from us and from PayPal within 24 hours of your checkout at PayPal and usually immediately. If you do not receive these emails, please contact us and let us know.

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.

If there is a manufacturing defect in a personalized blanket, we will replace your order for you. We are not responsible for misspelled personalization. Please check your shopping cart for accuracy before submitting your order.

Photo Blankets are best viewed from afar since they are woven. When viewed close-up, you will be able to see the individual stitches.

Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit cards and checking accounts through PayPal.

Shipping
Ann's Personalized Blankets uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States, please make sure and enter a street addresss, not a PO Box. We now ship to Canada, please be sure and choose the Canada Shipping option. We ship to Canada using the US Post Office which then uses Canada Post to get your package to you.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart at $10.95 per blanket for US orders, and $19.95 per blanket for Canada orders.

Rush Order adds $29.95 to the shipping price.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship in about 2 weeks from when your order was placed. If you require a rush order, please choose the rush shipping option and let us know the date you need your blanket by.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be added to orders that are shipped within the state of Texas. All other states are tax-exempt.
